I just met Casie today and when I tell you she’s been the sweetest most compassionate individual. She’s made the worst process one of the easiest. I called her regarding my father in law being placed in hospice and he ended up passing an hour later. She is so sweet and so helpful and everything was so convenient. She answered all of my questions and was so educational with everything, since this is our first time dealing with this. I can’t complement her enough!!!!!! Very sweet girl! Give her a raise!!!!
