Davis Monument is an amazing company and they helped me when Custom Monuments in Auburndale closed after I waited 4 months for a monument that was paid in full. I was one of the lucky ones that received a refund.
I ordered another one from Davis and even with all the problems of getting Granite from GA and not knowing when it would come, they were awesome! Anytime I had questions or wanted to check on any progress from the distributor, they always emailed me within a few hours and were super supportive. Thanks again for all of your hard work and being open and honest about the shortage situation. The monument is wonderful and now I can rest easier knowing that it is done.
