My parents preplanned and prepaid for their funerals and grave sites years ago. When Dad passed almost 15 years ago and Ott-Laughlin did a great job for his military funeral. Mom passed July 13 and once again the folks at Ott-Laughlin came through for us. There were no surprise expenses and they worked with us so the family and friends could all take part by having her viewing on Saturday and the funeral on Monday. They we patient when there was a family conflict and allowed me time to deal with it before the funeral. The gentleman that prepared my mother did an excellent job and over all we were very pleased and recommend them highly.

Jessica was fabulous at handling the arrangements for my grandfather. The process was so simple, affordable and all around perfect for my family. She went above and beyond, answered all of our questions with ease & respect. She is extremely knowledgeable and you can tell she loves her job which is a major plus, especially in a business such as this one where you need someone who truly cares.
