Land and Sea were amazing to work with, and they completed the dock within the timeframe, exceeding expectations. They are the best, with impeccable design to execution, excellent technical support, careful and clean workmanship, all using high-quality marine-grade materials. The dock built about 3 years ago at a home on Tampa Bay has withstood several tropical storms and hurricanes, including Helene, which brought a 9.5 ft storm surge, with the dock remaining totally unharmed despite being completely submerged for several hours and hit by a neighbor's massive floating dock.
