My sweet Grandma passed and they made it so easy, as someone who has to have things perfect I know I drove them nuts with the emails, text and calls. They took it in stride never making me feel like a burden. We/I appreciate them so much. James is an absolute GEM as well as his daughter Kelsey, truly the whole staff. They will take care of our whole family when the time has come.
