I can’t say enough about Jim at Countryside. The professionalism and honor Jim and his team displayed during the most difficult time in your life was more than outstanding. I would like to also share with you that I reached out to another local funeral home prior in Ocala and got a quote that was almost 3 times the amount of what countryside quoted. So like me during your most difficult time when you are not even thinking about someone taking advantage of you, please do your due diligence at your most vulnerable time. I was glad I chose Countryside!

Going thru a difficult moment getting ready your love one farewell is not easy. From the Director throughout the whole staff we have felt their love and passion for what they do. These Funeral Home staff will be recommended by my entire family for ever. They make our process smoother than what it looks like. My dad was picked up right away and since that moment we haven’t stop with emails, text, phone calls back and forth and they had that pleasant smile and patience willing to assist regardless the time. Even when the office was close. Truly impressed with their professionalism at all time. We felt welcome and treated with respect.

They helped my mom through the difficulty of losing her husband, my dad, on relatively short notice. What they were able to do in that time was a wonderful tribute to my dad. We were given time and space to be with him in a caring, calm setting. Jim and Kelsey, whenever my mom needed help, you both were so patient. I can't put into words how much that means. Thank you for being there for her, and for us, his family.
