“We have been vacationing on Anna Maria Island for years, and even though it gets more and more crowded and traffic gets worse and worse, Aluna is always a high spot that we return for. We booked 3 different massage therapists this time, including a facial for our daughter. Dawn, who did the facial, had great vibes, and she talked just enough to make my daughter comfortable, but not so much that she felt any intrusion. Jeff was amazing according to my husband - he managed to get out a knot hubby had been dealing with for months and months. For me, Jen was great, expressive hands and knew just where the "hot spots" were. One of the things I really like is the attitude of the staff and the owner (I think it was the owner.) Everyone is calm, friendly but not too friendly if you know what I mean, and all the therapists seem happy to work here. The ones we see have been here since we started coming, which says a lot for a place. We're more familiar with the massages than the facial or anything else (our first facial, and we haven't tried anything else, honestly), but recommend Aluna without hesitation.”
