Don’t even think about it, this is a must do! It was simply one of the best wellness experiences I’ve ever had. I did Reiki with Sound Healing and the sauna one day, a massage the following day, and another energy restoration practice with the owner the day I left Anna Maria Island. I got there in a funk and Aluna completely turned me around. I left re-energized, centered, and with an incredible amount of joy due to the experience I had there. After years of massage therapy, I can tell within moments if a therapist knows anatomy, pressure points and how to help heal the body where discomfort and tightness hide. At Alluna, Jeff is incredibly knowledgeable and gives the perfect amount of pressure. He exceeded my expectations and i always feel renewed and loose after a massage by Jeff. Extraordinary experience. Other massage therapists are great here too!

My fiancé and I came in here with upper back pain - Trish's acupuncture therapy was the medicine and got rid of pain we didn't even realize we were carrying in other areas as well. My neck and shoulder feel at ease and my spine more aligned with the muscles around it relaxed. She creates a warm, welcoming healing experience from start to finish.
