“I highly recommend this agency for your caregiver needs. They were there when I was in desperate need of help for my husband after he’d experienced a fall with a head injury. The office staff went out of their way to fill the hours I needed, and I’ll forever be grateful for their responsiveness. Sometimes it was hard to reach them when a problem arose during the weekend, but they eventually got back to me. For the most part, the aides were caring and capable individuals. “On 10/25/23 I was in the elevator at ORMC leaving after I had a Cardiac procedure and I was not feeling well. Kimberly Schwalbe was also in the elevator and observed my condition. She had no connection with my situation but she stopped what she was doing and sat with me in the lobby caring for me until I felt better. She went above and beyond to help me.
