“Mostly pleased with the services they provide. I have to check the billing each period, paying extra because the aide clocks out 1 minute past the hour is excessive. I schedule for 4 hours period, the aides should be aware of the time. When new aides come, there should be a home folder for what we've asked to be done at mom's, this is rare, so we are retraining each new person. Each aide seems to have their own process. So having Michelle as her regular aide is great.“
