AxiomHealth Management (formerly Axiom Rehabilitation) was established in 1998, providing outpatient physical therapy in the home health setting. Two decades later, Axiom has grown to service the majority of the state of Florida. Axiom serves a large market share of the community of people with lymphedema, having developed a strong reputation for successfully managing patients with lymphedema through the Synchronized Care Program. Patients have praised the excellent care and professionalism of Axiom's therapists. The home-based treatment approach has been highly appreciated by patients who call their therapists amazing, knowledgeable, and caring. Therapists are helpful, explain everything, and go above and beyond. They are praised for their great attitude, patience, and professionalism, with patients feeling a big difference and expressing their greatest gratitude.
I cannot say enough great things about Axiom Health Management and the incredible care I received during my recovery. After undergoing a lower body lift with a midline incision, I was dealing with significant swelling and a lymphatic system that felt completely overwhelmed. Having professional, in-home support during that time made all the difference.
The convenience of having their team come directly to my home was not only accommodating but truly essential to my healing process. It allowed me to focus on recovery without the added stress of traveling to appointments.

I have battled lymphadema for over 12 years. Before moving to Florida, I received treatment from the Cleveland Clinic which is a top ranked hospital, and extremely educated in lymphadema. Since coming to Florida in 2021, I have struggled to find a clinic or therapist for non-cancer related lymphadema with even a fraction of the knowledge of the Cleveland Clinic. I had seen at least four therapist's before receiving therapy at home. The first agency was an epic fail, and there were two that followed them. For ten years I’ve struggled with lymphedema in my lower right leg. Ever since I was bitten by ants in 2015, it has been a constant challenge, and no one ever suggested lymphedema therapy. But in 2025, I was truly blessed to be connected with one of the greatest teams I’ve ever met — Lia and Ashley.
These two amazing women have changed my life. I’ve seen a tremendous reduction in swelling, and their care, compassion, knowledge, and dedication are unmatched. They have been supportive, attentive, and genuinely invested in my progress every step of the way. I could go on and on about how outstanding they are.
