This was my first visit but far from my last. My daughter told me about Hilltop Family Vet and so I decided to give them a try and so glad that I did. From the moment I first walked in till I walked out, the entire staff focused on my pet trying to make him comfortable. I liked that everything was explained to me and priced so that I knew what was taking place and how much everything was going to cost up front instead of at the end. There’s no pressure to buy any particular brand or procedure or guilt tripped into anything. Will stay with these folks for all of my pet needs and recommend them to anyone looking for a vet.
I had a pleasant experience everyone was kind and patient, there was a technician named Sarah who did an amazing job in meeting my expectations ! Would recommend to family and friends.
I had the best phone interaction with one of the receptionist her name is Astrid and she was able to help me with possibly setting up a possible appointment within the next month for both Ivy & Haze. Astrid had asked me which Dr's would I like to see I let her know I would do either Dr. Floyd or Dr. Vanderbilt as I have worked along side both of these Dr's in my past and trust in what they do as a fur momma I am very particular with my Dr's. Astrid let me know what days both these two Dr's are available and let me know that to try and book as soon as I know what my availability will be in the next week or so.
