Glen Springs Veterinary Center, led by Dr. Cristelli, is a compassionate and skilled veterinary practice. They have provided care for animals from their youngest stages to their golden years, effectively managing conditions such as kidney disease. The team is known for their responsiveness, friendliness, and assistance in making even shy animals comfortable. They treat each pet with great care and help them maintain their well-being, as demonstrated by the recovery of a dog named Sunshine from heat exhaustion. Customers praise the excellent team, who are described as compassionate, caring, and always friendly with the animals. The center is trusted by the community, with one customer driving 30 minutes to visit despite having moved, as they wouldn't go anywhere else. The veterinarians have also been able to provide specialized care, such as trimming the nails of a high-energy puppy without sedation, impressing the owners.
nothing but smiles from Glen Springs. Even on the dark days when the visit is for having to put down your animal. Dr. Ashley is so caring towards your animal and so knowledgeable. She will do anything to help. add an amazing friendly staff and you have a great veterinary combo.
Dr Cristelli and her staff have made my dogs diabetes diagnosis and treatment a smooth process. They have answered all of my questions and made this experience way less stressful for a first time pet parent. Very happy to take my little guy to Glen Springs.
I have been using Glen Springs for about 5 years now. I can not say enough amazing things about them! Dr. Cristelli is WONDERFUL and so is her staff. They have treated my family with such kindness throughout the years. If one of my animals has an emergency, they don’t hesitate to fit me in. My fur babies love them as well! I live in Lake City and would rather make the 30 minute drive than to switch clinics, they are just that amazing! They also don’t try to charge and arm and a leg for visits, and will only do what is necessary for your pet. Highly recommend Glen Springs for all of your pets!
