Urgent Care near Wilmington

“I was greeted very politely and asked to fill out info at the Kiosk. Unfortunately, I needed assistance at the kiosk and was very grateful that one of the ladies came to my aid. My wait was not long and when my name was called, I proceeded to a treatment room with a very nice gentleman that took my vitals. The PA soon entered the room and listened very intently about my reason for the visit. Since it was a head cold I had, she called in a prescription for an antibiotic for me. She was very professional, pleasant and really listened to me. The facility was very clean and the employees at Urgent Care were very sincere.“

“Well it was the last patient it seemed like I was being rushed but the doctor was thorough I'm hoping everything works out because I'm allergic to a lot of medications and I'm not sure if I'm allergic to this one but otherwise I had good treatment I will be coming again this is like four or five times I've been if not more“

“Having worked with medical staff professionally and personally, this is one of the best PT teams out there. When doctors were ignoring knee pains I was having, staff here not only helped me get better but also advocated for and advised me so I got the surgery I needed. They're knowledgeable, cooperative, good listeners, and honestly just fun to be around. Scheduling was easy, setting up prescriptions was organized, and no matter who I worked with I knew they were caring and professional. PT is hard, but the people here made me look forward to my sessions every week.“

“Lovely Doctor who was pleasant, attentive, thorough, and diligent at getting to root of my son’s skin issue. Office was empty and I was seen quickly. Would have loved to give 5 stars, but the front desk young lady is not a great first impression as she does not greet you upon entering (although I said hello), she’s on her cell laughing instead of being attentive, and simply lacks professionalism. I understand check in is all online, but front desk staff still must provide basic customer service.“
