“I was greeted very politely and asked to fill out info at the Kiosk. Unfortunately, I needed assistance at the kiosk and was very grateful that one of the ladies came to my aid. My wait was not long and when my name was called, I proceeded to a treatment room with a very nice gentleman that took my vitals. The PA soon entered the room and listened very intently about my reason for the visit. Since it was a head cold I had, she called in a prescription for an antibiotic for me. She was very professional, pleasant and really listened to me. The facility was very clean and the employees at Urgent Care were very sincere.“
