Their team especially John was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process and took the time to walk our dogs around the property and train them so they understood the boundaries. They made sure we felt comfortable with everything before they left.

The fence has been excellent at keeping our dogs safely contained, and we’ve been very happy with its reliability. On the few occasions when our landscapers accidentally cut the underground wire, DogWatch came out right away to repair it with no hassle.

“We have been coming to Windcrest for years using their services for wellness, emergency and boarding. They are fabulous and show care and compassion for our pets. When we boarded our dogs while on an overseas trip and one became critically ill they provided several updates a day on her condition. Melissa went so far as buying chicken and preparing for our girl to see if she would eat. they may be a little pricey for emergency care but you get what you pay for. We will keep coming back!“
