We had our system installed about 6 months ago and have had no problems. John and company installed the system when they said they would, helped us to train the dogs , and came back a week later to make sure all was going well. He also offered to come back anytime if the dogs were not adjusting. Our super smart labs (ha) caught on very quickly and really enjoy their freedom in the yard. They can stay out and play as much as they want without us having to be out with them at all times. It’s especially nice on those cold mornings just being able to let them out to do their business! I would definitely recommend DogWatch of Delaware!

Reviews
John of DogWatch has always been a pleasure to work with. We have had our DogWatch fence for almost 3 years, and have been so happy with it. John is extremely responsive and his main concern is always that our dog Zoe is safe. I highly recommend DogWatch!
When a neighbor suggested Dog Watch of Delaware I reached out to John for an initial chat and estimate. John was quick to respond and offered competitive pricing. After the initial conversation, I felt comfortable enough that I never bothered contacting any of the competitors. The installation was quick and seamless. John and his employees trained our puppy on the system over the course of multiple days, and he was available via phone call, or text, any time we had a question. When our landscapers broke the wire to the system, John replied immediately and offered to come to the house and repair the issue. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Dog Watch of Delaware for your electric fence. No up-selling unnecessary options, no salesmen mentality, just a quality product and quality service. Two thumbs up.
