Doctor was nice and understanding. Didn’t like the fact the billing lady was very passive aggressive regarding insurance coverage. I was told after my appointment that they wouldn’t cover my contact lenses that have always been covered. My insurance confirmed that the billing from this office didn’t even put in correct codes and I know because when I called my insurance they said it should be fully covered and when I read back the codes chambers billing rep gave me that were marked those aren’t even codes at all that show up in their system at all. Dr. Chambers is always friendly and very professional. Her office staff is very helpful and accommodating.

The ladies at the front are so welcoming, Dr Chambers is such Amazing doctor. Thank you so much for everything. The perfect script and a very nice selection to choose from. I recommend this place for vision care.
