He was caring, supportive, knowledgable, and answered every question we had. I will also add these positive attributes are hard to find in people today especially when dealing with the death of a loved one. “I could not have asked for a more compassionate funeral home or director. Ryan was so sweet and patient with us in preparing my mother’s funeral. Never felt rushed or like we were being a burden. Everything was explained to my daughter and I and even offered suggestions when it came to both the flowers and the priest whom he got for us. Msg. Hopkins was such a wonderful clergy, he took time to talk to us and get to know my mother’s background and made it feel like he really knew her personally even though he never met her. Everything went according to plan that was agreed upon but the most surprising and a calming feeling came when we saw Mom the day of the viewing. She looked so natural and looked like she did before her health deteriorated. I know people often say that their loved one looked like they were asleep but in this case she looked like she just closed her eyes for a moment. The make up was not caked on thick. She actually looked younger and at peace. They took very good care of Mom as if she were one of their own. I could not have found a more professional and compassionate funeral home. Everyone that we dealt with was truly very caring. I am so impressed that I told my daughter that when my time comes to cross over I want Chandler to be the ones to take care of things. I cannot thank the Chandler funeral home enough for making such a hard journey go smoothly and giving the family and myself peace.”
