The office is dingy. It's a husband & wife. I saw Dr Lapyoso (the wife) for my first AND LAST appointment. She was cold and short ( when speaking to me). I felt severely uncomfortable, I left as soon as possible. I shall not be back. Just a very unkind doctor. She clearly didn't want to speak to me.

Specifically, Anna Magat, but the practice overall is the absolute WORST!Anna Magat (I refuse to address her as "doctor") is the rudest, most insolent doctor I've ever had the misfortune to come across. Even my son (21 at the time of service) thought she was absolutely HORRIBLE!!! He vowed never to go back, and in the past 2.5 years he kept that vow. I went in today because, well...they refused to give me anymore refills on life-sustaining medication (thyroid medication and blood pressure medication) unless I came in for a check-up. My last visit was in September 2019.Mind you...when I first started going there, they made a big deal about being linked to other specialists, making cross-access to my records easy. That being said, I had TWO surgeries last year (ENT-related), as well as several cardiologist appointments in the last 12 months. So, they have access to my recent bloodwork, stats, and the like! There was absolutely NO reason to hold my scripts hostage "due to lack of bloodwork, or medical attention". FOHSo, I go in today for this allegedly crucial check-up, and they keep me waiting. As if my time isn't important TOO. They put a patient in the room next to mine about 15 minutes after I had been sitting there. The doctor goes in to see her FIRST. I left without seeing the doctor, because well...they made it clear that I'm not a valued patient. CHANGING DOCTORS TODAY!
