By far the worst healthcare experience I’ve had in over 20 years. The other one-star review accurately reflected my experience. This person didn’t introduce himself, didn’t perform hand hygiene at any time. He didn’t wipe down the equipment before or after my exam. He didn’t explain what he was doing or what he was looking for. He put drops in my eyes without explaining what they were or what they were supposed to do. He didn’t explain what he was supposed to be able to see after using the drops. He simply said, “I think you’re fine, I think it was just ____ but come see me again in two weeks.”

The absolute worst. He did not introduce himself, he did not test me properly, and he did not wash his hands when he touched my eyes. He was coughing the entire time that I was there. I can't believe I just experienced that. He did not know that I was a hospice nurse, yuck!
