“After switching dental insurance, I had to switch dentist offices and decided to go with New Concept Dental since it’s right down the road from my house. I’m very happy with that decision.<br><br>I had a pretty extensive appointment yesterday, two crowns and a filling, and ended up being there for several hours. Shout-out to Dr. Monet, Lisa, and Brittany for going above and beyond to make sure I was in as little pain as possible. Unlike experiences I’ve had with dentists in the past, they actually listened when I told them the anesthesia was wearing off and gave me more when needed to make sure I stayed comfortable throughout the procedures.<br><br>They’re able to make crowns right in the office, which is incredibly convenient, although it does mean some waiting while they’re being made. One of my crowns wasn’t fitting quite right because my teeth are very close together and grooved, so they took the time to make a new one rather than settling for a fit that was too tight or asking me to come back for another appointment.<br><br>What really stood out to me was how kind everyone was throughout the entire day. The staff continually checked on me, chatted with me, and genuinely kept me company during all of the waiting. Spending several hours at the dentist obviously isn’t how anyone wants to spend their day, but they made the experience so much better than it could have been.<br><br>I really appreciated how friendly, kind, and thorough everyone was, and I’m very happy I chose New Concept Dental!”

I lucked up and found Dr. Russo and hygienist Brittany. The entire staff from the front desk Ms. Danielle who was extremely kind and patient with me:) to the wonderful woman who (chatted about the superbowl) did all my X-rays with speed and accuracy. I must say due to this pleasant experience they're my new dental providers!!! I even got a little teary eyed not because it hurt but when Brittany was doing my cleaning she brought out a strip of floss and the last person to floss my teeth was my mom and she passed away... the entire experience was the best visit I have ever had with a dental practice.
