I lucked up and found Dr. Russo and hygienist Brittany. The entire staff from the front desk Ms. Danielle who was extremely kind and patient with me:) to the wonderful woman who (chatted about the superbowl) did all my X-rays with speed and accuracy. I must say due to this pleasant experience they're my new dental providers!!! I even got a little teary eyed not because it hurt but when Brittany was doing my cleaning she brought out a strip of floss and the last person to floss my teeth was my mom and she passed away... the entire experience was the best visit I have ever had with a dental practice. We took care of business and then we joked and carried on like to friends would do. Then after I finished with Dr. Kim came out to meet with Kristen who is another amazing person. She was very perfessional but also very friendly and funny. She had to call my doctor to get clearance for my up coming appointment she took care of that no problem. We all were talking singing laughing it was just so nice to walk in and out of that office with people who make you feel like they really care but also are down to earth and make your day.
