“First time visit for consultation and cleaning. Staff were wonderful! Services were exceptional!”
Christiana Pleasant Dental
“I had an excellent experience with Dr. Balchandani especially as a new patient experiencing significant tooth pain.
Staff member Theresa was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond by helping me schedule this appointment over the weekend so I could be seen first thing Monday morning. I truly appreciated her responsiveness and kindness when I was dealing with an urgent dental issue.
Dr. B took the time to thoroughly address all of my concerns, explain my options clearly, and make sure I understood the recommended treatment. I especially appreciated how transparent and upfront he was regarding billing and costs. I never felt pressured and felt completely informed throughout the visit.
It is refreshing to find a dentist who is compassionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely takes the time to listen to her patients. I’m very grateful for the prompt care and professionalism I received from both Dr. B and her team. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for compassionate, professional, and transparent dental care.”
