“Certo Dental is by far the best dentist I've ever been to! For starters, they are very welcoming, helpful, and go out of their way to make sure their customers feel seen and heard. Any questions that I've ever had, they answer it and even go into detail.
I must give a special shout out to Ashley. I'm terrified of needles, but Ashley went out of her way to hold my hand and make sure that I was okay. That seems like a small gesture, but it made me feel very comfortable and ease my nerves. Dr. Certo also talked me through the whole process of what he was doing as well as casual conversation to distract me from being nervous.
