We had an unbelievable experience with Colonial from start to finish.

-Colonial has excellent communication and always got back to us immediately.
- They care about attention to detail and went out of their way to make sure that we were satisfied with the work completed.
-They finished the job quickly without sacrificing quality. The frigid temperatures and record breaking snow this winter did not stop them from completing the work on time.
-Joe advocated on our behalf and convinced our insurance provider to cover all damages after a car drove into our house. I truly do not know what we would have done without him.

Colonial Construction recently completed a full home gut renovation and addition for us, on time and as promised.

Communication was consistent throughout the project, and the job site was always clean and organized. They managed the entire process end-to-end, and their subcontractors were professional and efficient.

Colonial stayed engaged in design decisions and problem-solving as things came up throughout the project and always had a trusted referral when needed.

We had an amazing experience with Colonial Construction! After a horrible experience with another contractor following a natural disaster, they go us back on track and rebuilt our house quickly and beautifully. The Fragomele family and the whole team at Colonial were very professional and responsive. We couldn't be more pleased.
