I was very happy with the service provided. American Craftsmen replaced my roof recently after doing a small repair. Robb was great to deal with and very good about keeping me informed. They were also very fair with me and gave me a credit for the repair towards the price of the new roof; there was nothing wrong with the repair it was just the timing. They cleaned up and came back after the dumpster was removed to do a final sweep of the driveway for nails. Definitely recommend!Service: Roof installation

Once again, American Craftsmen LLC has come through for me! This time it was my roof. My mother (now deceased) and I had a new roof installed 11 years ago and I was under the impression that the roof would last 25 years. During a few days of intense rain, water was dripping through the fan-light on my porch. I went up behind the eaves and found water all over the floor and dripping down the sides of the chimney.
