Always responsive and attentive. At least Dr Koterwas and her staff are. While I couldn't give the same response for a large percentage of Christiana care staff sometimes there are shining examples that take away from the bad experiences you might have had. And Dr Koterwas is an excellent example of this.
Dr. Foy is a great diagnostician and communicator and has been so consistently for more than 5 years that I've been her patient. She does her homework, looks at lots of data from various sources, and seems to be someone who looks at the newest studies and information for patient care. Her staff is the friendliest I've seen at Christiana.
