I really do love the doctors here, I've been coming here for the past 7 years, I'm not sure what's happening with the office but the phones apparently have issues I've been calling all day and I keep getting the menu and ringing and no answer?? If I tell them I'm having trouble when I finally do reach someone, they tell me there's nothing wrong with their phones 🥴
I had my annual physical checkup with Dr. Vicky Mawn. There was no one else in the waiting room and checkin was quick and short. Dr. Mawn saw me in short order and, as usual, was well-acquainted with my health situation and gave me every opportunity to discuss particulars. She gave me a good going-over and said I had checked out fine. The Limestone location is very good for us - it's relatively close, atmosphere is fine, and the staff is great. We've been with Dr. Mawn for more than a decade now and we plan on sticking with her.
Jake Jellison is good, however it would be nice if one could reach the office by phone. Spent 7 minutes on hold the first phone call with no answer. 5 minutes on hold the second time with no answer. I had to access the office through the website. Someone just needs to answer the phone.
