The staff at this studio are amazing. One of the fitness instructors and I share the same nickname, BJ. Since he was there first, I introduced myself differently to avoid any confusion.

Signed up Saturday and had assessment tonight . Very excited to get started on a new healthy path. Have met a couple very nice people and the trainers I have spoken with are very knowledgeable and helpful. A very comfortable place to work out

Fabulous Fitness Studio! Personal attention starting with the most comprehensive fitness evaluation ever! The trainer will then develop a plan for you and demonstrate the machines to be used. Very clean...COVID protocols followed. Many varied classes to also choose from!
