Members appreciate the clean showers and bathrooms, as well as the state-of-the-art equipment and spacious floor plan. The gym features a variety of machines for all body parts and a 30-minute express workout station. Personal training and virtual classes are also available through the app. Many enjoy the peaceful environment, although some have noted occasional distractions from loud phone conversations. The gym is always clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful, greeting everyone upon arrival and departure. They truly welcome you. However, some members have experienced issues with theft, and the location can be stressful due to poor urban planning. Overall, Planet Fitness is recognized for its amazing staff, cleanliness, and great value, especially for Black Card members.
My daughter and I attended this location during some torrential weather. When we walked the roof was leaking and it was water in some of the machines. Henry, the attendant at the time, did an amazing job controlling the situation and keeping us safe. He worked alone at first and then he had some help from a young lady in green athletic wear. Not all heroes wear capes!!!
The staff is awesome and very helpful. Please fix your AC. Feels like every zone in the building is down since summer started.
