We are writing about the owner of Summer Hill Custom Home Builder, Mr. Steve Smith. We are writing to share an experience we had staying in Bethany Beach. We stayed in Sea Colony for one week and had to deal with this construction work being done right in front of our terrace on the beach. The owner could care less that his workers were creating a unfair environment for vacationers. This was done after Memorial Day so there was no excuses. We waited three years to get away because of my aged parents & Covid -- this was truly unfair because all we wanted was to sit, eat and stay on our terrace and enjoy the beach.
