The quality and craftsmanship of our MIken built home is top notch. Equally important was the approach taken by the Miken team. From day one when we sat to discuss our design plans for the addition/renovation through budgeting, demolition, and reconstruction the Miken team understood that this was more than just building a physical structure. They understood and appreciated the range of emotions we faced in making this significant investment in our family’s future----for us this was a place to build family memories for years to come, not just a beach house. The Miken team was patient in answering all of our questions, encouraging in helping us make some tough decisions, creative in offering alternative design solutions and overall terrific to work with. We can’t thank Mike, Bob, Frank and Sean enough for putting us in our beautiful new home
