Pet Boarding Training near New Castle

“We had the pleasure of getting our mini bernedoodle “Oki” board and trained for two weeks by Erica. She is an absolutely incredible trainer who treated Oki as if he was one of her own pets (to which she has multiple that your dog will get to interact with). We got daily updates with an in-depth description of what was being worked on as well as multiple photos and videos from Erica every day of our pup. He went there with some basic training we tried to start at home, but came back a totally new dog! This training is on a whole different level. Not just the sit and down and place and off leash heel walking that they talk about on the website, but he is just a much more confident dog no longer scared of other barking dogs and situations. He also had issues with play nipping before we sent him to training and now has totally stopped that behavior. We can’t recommend enough sending your dog to this 2 week board and train-even as a puppy (we sent ours right at 5 months old). Thanks Erica for doing such a great job with our furry family member.“

He and his team were efficient and did a great job with the installation and training once it was running. The whole process was very quick and easy. John also went above and beyond to come back out after installation when we were having yard work done to meet with that crew to make sure the line wasn’t damaged.“

“We have been coming to Windcrest for years using their services for wellness, emergency and boarding. They are fabulous and show care and compassion for our pets. When we boarded our dogs while on an overseas trip and one became critically ill they provided several updates a day on her condition. Melissa went so far as buying chicken and preparing for our girl to see if she would eat. they may be a little pricey for emergency care but you get what you pay for. We will keep coming back!“
