I recently had a great experience with Modern Controls after noticing their team working on my neighbor’s HVAC system. I decided to speak with their technician, and they were kind enough to take a look at my own system, which had been struggling with cooling. It turned out that my unit was low on refrigerant (Freon).

Their technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and explained the issue clearly. They were able to refill the refrigerant and get my system back to working condition quickly and efficiently. I appreciated their professionalism and willingness to help even though I wasn’t an existing customer.

Very pleased with the whole experience having my air conditioning unit replaced as well as duct work. I was first meet in a timely manner with the owner Mr. Peet who clearly spelled out the scope of the work and ordered the needed parts. Rich and Jim lead the team of workers who installed everything ahead of schedule and with a smile. Thank you for all of your help as I will be recommending Modern Controls for HVAC needs.
