Highly recommend!! Received information in the mail from Air Temp Solutions that included an amazing triple play deal to service our heater, hot water, and AC. Scheduled an appointment easily. Received confirmations via text and email as requested. Shortly prior to our appointment, we received another text to confirm the appointment again. When the technician was heading over, we received a text with his name, a photo of him and the truck he would arrive in, and some additional information about him. The technician Joshua Bouthyard arrived promptly during the scheduled appointment window that I was given. He was very friendly, polite, and professional from the time he arrived until he left. I was very pleased with the service I received today.
On time, informative and thorough. I had HVAC installed by AT 2 years ago and it pays for itself monthly with efficiency savings. Never a problem. Josh is new to the company, but knows the business. You can tell he has been trained well in how AT wants things done...which is the right way!Nice guy too.
