After weeks without my prescription glasses from Simon Eye I was finally back in town and had a very nice and beneficial meeting with Hollie!
All was taken care of and I am very satisfied with Simon Eye’s compensation for my long wait, broken frames, frustration and anxiety I experienced!
Anyway, thanks Hollie for your great help! It’s always a pleasure dealing with you!
