Kind staff who are customer-service focused! It is easy to make/reschedule an appointment and everyone provides clear explanations and answers all questions thoroughly…Super helpful and accommodating!
I came to get my daughter new glasses. Janiece went above and beyond to help get my daughter the glasses that she needed. Janiece explained different options for her and we got the best option. She was very helpful through the whole process of picking her glasses. Janiece even surprised us with a new frame for my daughter to wear in the meantime since her other ones broke! Tamra was a very kind and sweet person at the front desk. She was very helpful with getting my family set up as new patients and scheduling our appointments. We had a wonderful first time experience! Can't wait to come back for our exams!
We had our first visit to CedarSEE vision center yesterday. My husband and I have ongoing eye issues in addition to needing glasses too. The front desk staff was helpful, kind, and skilled. Our preliminary screenings were done collaboratively by Dr. Korley as she taught a new staff member how to use the technology as they performed the necessary screenings. Both Dr. Korley and the new staff member were extremely kind and helpful. Dr. Korley was highly knowledgeable and also a skilled and caring teacher in regards to training the new staff member and explaining to us what they were doing.
