Took my wire framed glassed in because the lens came out of one side. The women was so kind and fixed them for free!! Also gave me some tips on taking care of the kind of frames I had. Definitely will go back to get new glasses here!

Hi I would like to send a gracious blessed shout out to spec for less in Middletown area I have been going there 4 bout a 1yr and I must say it is by far da most welcoming place I've been to. Specs has da most beautiful customer service you can receive and truly show lots of passion in insuring u leave more than satisfied thank u specs 4 less for making me n see ?x Betta n thank u to teller Ms. KELLY for always extending herself in making things right and her honest opinions ????

I absolutely love this store, I have been going here for years, Kelly is the best and the new lady Dana is just as nice. Great service and reasonable prices. Thet are a gem of a find.
