Having throughly researched the property, neighborhood and the appropriate comps, Marcus was very well prepared for our initial meeting and made lasting impression. Throughly professional, throughout the process , he offered us candid advice about the home, the sale process and set the appropriate expectations. The photo and video work were first rate and he was accommodating on all our requests. We went away for long weekend and upon our return he had multiple offers in hand. Extremely thankful we were able to work with Marcus during our move from out of state. He took the time to set up a day to show us 5 houses in person when we had the opportunity to visit the area. Additionally, he found us a virtual showing for a house shortly afterwards (the house we ended up confidently purchasing without seeing in person until the day of closing).
