Currently, Real estate market is very stressful and depressing. My five star rating goes out to Saeed Shakhshir, Realtor with Patterson Schwartz. Mr. Shakhshir proved to be very dedicated, loyal and most importantly to me, honest. Our home was an older home in Wilmington that needed a great deal of work performed in order to sell. Since I live almost 100 miles away Saeed's assistance with acquiring and following through with contractors and inspectors, as well as his help personally, was without a doubt above and beyond his job.
