Fantastic Company would recommend them to anyone! We bought our first home last December. This summer the A/C stoped out of no where. After what we thought was a fix, catastrophe, our master flooded. Turns out the condensation line got separated in the wall (not Pucketts fault, the Insulation company shoved so much insulation under the drain line it pulled it apart). Puckett HVAC had ServPro come out and remove all the damaged floors and other things and fixed it all even though it technically wasn’t their fault. They were fantastic with checking in on progress and making sure everything was fixed. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a company. Thank you!
All things considered, RSBL Dryer Vent & Air Duct Cleaning And Chimney Inspection Services LLC Of DE provided outstanding service. They performed a thorough duct and vent cleaning, serviced the fireplace, and cleaned our chimney. Their roofing and insulation check pleased me as well; they found several spots that we had missed. The staff was courteous and open, and their prices were reasonable. It's uncommon to find a business that takes such good care of general contracting, insulation, and chimneys. Without a doubt, we will keep utilizing them for all of our future requirements.

I cannot say enough good things about this shop and especially about Elliot! I came into his shop completely frustrated after spending hours watching YouTube videos and reading everything I could find online trying to figure out how to hook up my car stereo system. While i learned quite a bit through my research, there were still gaps that kept me from understanding the whole picture and how everything fit together- until I spoke with Elliot.
He didn’t just point me in the right direction, he walked me through it step by step, took the time to explain things in a way I could actually understand, and was incredibly patient and kind the entire time. We ended up talking for about 20/30 minutes, and he didn’t rush me or act like I was a burden with all my questions. He genuinely wanted to help, even though he easily could’ve charged me to do it himself. Instead, he gave me the knowledge and confidence to finish it myself, and that says a lot about the kind of person he is.
And just when I thought that was more than enough, he gave me a piece of power wire I needed at no cost, instead of making me buy an entire roll. I mean who does that nowadays? Elliot isnt just sweet and helpful—he clearly knows his stuff, and he goes above and beyond for his customers.
The shop itself is super clean, organized, and has a really welcoming vibe. Between the car audio equiptment/installation, custom car parts, window tinting, detailing services etc. this place is a hidden gem. I’ll definitely be back, and recommending it to everyone I know. They groom a small number of dogs at a time and prefer to have the finished dogs leave before the next group arrives. Our dog has been calm when we pick her up.
