It was time to replace our 25 yr old furnace and ac unit. We called around and received several estimates. Decided to go with Coastal Air LLC. Karl came out, evaluated our system, offered recommendations. Wasn’t trying to sell us things we didn’t need. We decided to replace the furnace, ac, added a humidifier and replaced the old duct board with new metal insulated ducts. The crew did a great job and finished on time. Very satisfied with our purchase and the work completed. Give them a call if you need HVAC work!

I had been Fighting with a Home Warranty company for 4 days to send someone as my AC was down. The Home warranty company couldn't get anyone here for 2 1/2 weeks. I was told I could go local. I called Coastal and they had someone here on a Friday of a Holiday weekend within 3 hours. Not only did Noah diagnose my issue but he had the parts on his truck. I was very impressed with the wireless technology he had that allowed him to monitor temperatures and pressures from 4 or 5 different sites on his phone and he was able to document before and after temps and pressures for use in the future.
