After carefully explaining every detail and warning that my hair was not going to change colors instantly or even overnight, it will take a few sessions because of the intense black box dye I had. Ana, carefully and professionally lifted my hair from jet black to a beautiful burgundy with strawberry highlights! Ana explained every details and answers all questions! It took several weeks to get it to what I would call my perfect burgundy hair color. Ana SNAPPED! She did her thing. I cannot wait for my appointment that’s coming up! One things for sure and 2 for certain, As clients we need to understand that things happen and if the stylist was willing to not only provide a refund but correct you hair what’s the problem? It takes time Sis. But let me reassure you that everywhere I go I get amazing and positive compliments!
