We have been going to Donna for YEARS now. When I googled “Hair cuts near me,” she was the closest to my house and when I clicked on her info, it let me text her instead of having to call (which was a huge bonus, I HATE calling people) and she texted back right away. She was able to cut my kids’ hair that day. My kids were little at the time and they were those ones who always screamed and hated haircuts. Donna was awesome with them, very patient. She also took Venmo as payment, and this was before anyone else around here used it which made sending my family so much easier (we never have cash). I called a couple of other places in town for a last minute perm, none of them had any availability but Donna was able to squeeze me in. The entire experience was amazing, she is very skilled at what she does and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I have anxiety and she eased it by making jokes, talking about the history of the building, our families. She was extremely cheerful, bright, and kind.I had no idea what I was getting into with a perm, just that I've been growing my hair out for a while now with one in mind.
