This was my first appointment with Nina and I had booked an eyebrow shaping and additional brow tint. She asked me a number of questions about my eyebrow goals and talked about how I would like them shaped. The main issues with my eyebrows was different shaping of the arches, felt uneven, looked light and thin. During the appointment Nina explained what she was doing at each step and was highly engaging. The waxing itself was quite gentle, I did not feel pain. The process felt super quick, including the tint.
