He observed that the remaining g siding had not been properly fastened and gave us a quote to replace the lost piece and secure the rest of the siding. He had a sample book so we could match the color. The crew came a few days later. They worked steadily and carefully. Our siding is much more secure now. The match is pretty great. We had several glitches due to the manufacturer of our front door entranceway that caused large delays and multiple trips for us to Delaware (we are not fulltime resident) to complete everything. Our frustration was shared by Anatoly who perservered throughout and adapted to what the Masonite company presented. He kept us informed of what was happening. His work is good and his price was very competitive. Despite the frequent setbacks caused by Masonite I would still recommend Solid Construction for any work. They are all such great people and interestingly, we’re going to miss seeing them so often. I loved walking around with Mel hearing about how he was going to accomplish the next phase of the project.

“This is a good location. Close to beach, boardwalk, shopping and restaurants. It is a long walk but a nice bike ride and easy car ride. The pool is really nice here, lots of lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas. Beautiful complex with ponds. We'll maintained. Our townhouse that we rented was very nice.“
