“I had an outstanding experience working with Wilkins Construction LLC, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Kyle, the owner, was incredibly responsive from start to finish and handled every detail of the project with professionalism and care.
The project itself was no small task—we needed to relocate an existing home about five miles down the road. Kyle and his team made what seemed impossible look easy. He coordinated everything seamlessly, including splitting the house, scheduling the crane, and completing the entire move in just one day!
What really impressed me was the amount of preparation that went into the project beforehand. About a month prior to the relocation, Kyle completed extensive site work at the original location, including handling the framing materials and foundation work needed for the move. He also completed a full crawl space excavation to properly prepare the structure for relocation.
Once the house was set on its new foundation, Kyle didn’t miss a beat. He completed a full crawl space encapsulation, creating a properly conditioned crawl space. He also handled all the mechanicals—carefully disconnecting everything before the move and then reconnecting it all seamlessly at the new location.
Kyle truly offers a full-service package. His work ethic is unmatched—honestly better than any contractor I’ve worked with in Delaware. He takes pride in his work, communicates clearly, and delivers exceptional results.
