About a month prior to the relocation, Kyle completed extensive site work at the original location, including handling the framing materials and foundation work needed for the move. He also completed a full crawl space excavation to properly prepare the structure for relocation.
Once the house was set on its new foundation, Kyle didn’t miss a beat. He completed a full crawl space encapsulation, creating a properly conditioned crawl space. He also handled all the mechanicals—carefully disconnecting everything before the move and then reconnecting it all seamlessly at the new location.
