Great Design Center experience with Somers ReevesThis was our first in-person experience at the design center. Immediately upon entering we were warmly greeted by Somers Reeves, Design Consultant. She was extremely informative, professional, and knowledgeable of all the products related to the interior design of our home. Somers, throughout the 3-hour visit, was always available and tended to the needs of each group effectively, efficiently, and with a pleasant demeanor. We love our Shell home that was completed in 2010. However, we have had terrible “luck” with major systems. We had geothermal installed for our hvac. Totally installed badly by Charles Klein. He went out of business and then returned. Took many years and many service companies and many $$ to find out packing material was left in the unit when installed. Bottom line, after 11 years, we had to have a whole new system installed for $12880!! We also had a rinnai tankless hot water heater installed. During the first two years, it almost fell off the wall! Major service had to be done after about 6-7 years. Now, 12 years into our home, we need to replace the rinnai!! Another...read full review

We recently moved into our brand new Lilac, built by Schell Brothers. The home building experience was a dream from start to finish! They communicated with us every step of the way, and made the entire journey seamless. We felt it was a perfect balance of having choices to pick sections at the design studio, but not say many choices that we felt over-whelmed. Our vision of how this home would look is spot on, thanks to the guidance we received from the Schell team throughout. We could not be happier with our dream home.Service: Luxury home building
