We had a wonderful experience building our home. The sales process felt very personal and accessible, and our design consultant helped us discover options—like the perfect flooring—we wouldn't have found on our own. Our construction manager has continued to be incredibly friendly and communicative, even after closing, which made us feel truly cared for throughout the process. We especially love our first-floor bedroom and spacious kitchen, and choosing Schell Brothers made sense because we wanted a new home without the headaches of remodeling an older one. We loved working with Schell Brothers and felt that everyone we interacted with was genuinely committed to making sure our new home matched our needs.
