I’ve always wanted to change my hair to a burgundy color, and my stylist did just that! After carefully explaining every detail and warning that my hair was not going to change colors instantly or even overnight, it will take a few sessions because of the intense black box dye I had. Ana, carefully and professionally lifted my hair from jet black to a beautiful burgundy with strawberry highlights! Ana explained every details and answers all questions! It took several weeks to get it to what I would call my perfect burgundy hair color. Ana SNAPPED! She did her thing. I cannot wait for my appointment that’s coming up! One things for sure and 2 for certain, As clients we need to understand that things happen and if the stylist was willing to not only provide a refund but correct you hair what’s the problem? It takes time Sis. But let me reassure you that everywhere I go I get amazing and positive compliments! I’ve been going to Ana for a few months now and my hair looks not only good it’s much much healthier! I do whole heartedly recommend Ana Rivera! Trust the process babe ? trust the process “
