Both were a dream at correcting and rectifying everything. Ken took the time to explain all the products used, how long they’ll last, etc.answer any and all questions.

Original Review 6/25 around 8:30AM: If I could give zero stars I would, I woke up today to them spraying my yard. I don’t have a contract or service plan with them I called my mom thinking maybe she gifted it to me without letting me know since she uses and loves them. Nope. THEY SPRAYED THE WRONG HOUSE. And when my husband flagged the tech down he goes “oh well guess you got a free spray,” as if it’s a joke. If we didn’t hear them spraying I would have let my dog out! I called customer service and got hung up on by Amber for “quality assurance” because she told me I couldn’t have a manager and called her out for no one even answering her let alone me, as well as it’s not natural because my husband wouldn’t have a headache from essential oils (which I use myself) and their wouldn’t be down time for a truly natural product. I have a food garden in my backyard that I put $1000’s into that I can no longer eat! Called back and had someone else who put in a call back for the brick and mortar or service people I guess. But not one person I talked to so far could give me a EPA registration number or safety date sheet on the chemicals sprayed in my yard. Everything is covered in a waxy weird film. I am absolutely devastated and livid.”
