“I called Louis in a panic bc I had a swarm of wasps coming into my house. Without hesitation he said he’d be there in a couple hours, keep in mind I’m not a regular customer. Louis came to my house later, found the nest in the chimney and said he’d take care of it. In about 10 mins Louis had the wasps nest gone. I was very impressed and pleased, if he treated me that way I can only imagine how he treats other customers. That being said I’ve signed up for his regular pest maintenance. If you have pests I’d recommend Louis.”
